Sway Social

Pop · Rock · Club Classics · Soul · Party

Four musicians, four voices, one proper live set. Sway Social are Gav on guitar and vocals, Ed on bass and vocals, James on keys and vocals, and Ian on drums and vocals. Their repertoire runs from 1950s and 60s classics through 90s singalongs and current chart tracks, built for a floor that should not get a break.

About the band

Four lead singers, one electric room

Sway Social are the wedding band that doesn't have one frontman. They have four vocalists who also play the band: guitar, bass, keyboards and drums. That gives them real vocal variety, stacked harmonies and the ability to switch lead energy without leaning on tracks.

Their Wedding Band Association profile describes the sound as totally live with no backing tracks, and highlights a set that spans 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s classics plus contemporary chart tracks. Their own site also leans hard into the chemistry of four best friends on stage.

They suit couples who want pure momentum: fast transitions, recognisable songs, big harmonies and a room that feels like it has lifted by the second chorus.

Four lead vocalists

Gav, Ed, James and Ian all sing and play, giving the band more vocal movement than a single-frontman line-up.
